 1.What’s the status of my order?
To check on the status of order, sign into your account on Dungka.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you’re signed in, click “Orders” from the menu, and behold! You info’s all there. You always welcome to reach out via emailing.

 

 2.Can I cancel my orders?

You can cancel your order BEFORE it’s collected by the shipping carrier. If your order has shipped, please inform us at 

shopify@dungka.com immediately. We will try our best to help you.

 

3.What should I do if I need to request a return?

To start the return, please contact customer service for assessment. Once approved, the return address will be emailed to you. The package must be returned to the address provided by Customer Service, NOT the address on your original shipment.

 

4.How long do I have to make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via

shopify@dungka.com for return validation within 30 days .Please check the details on our Return policy page.

 

5.What is my return shipping cost?

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns.

 

6.How long will I receive my refund?

If the order is cancelled, refunds are issued to your original account for 3 Business Days.
